Use your vegan body brush to exfoliate the dead skin cells from your skin, create circulation and tighten your skin. We recommend starting with your feet and brushing from toe to heel, moving up your legs in vertical strokes towards your heart. Proceed to you hands and brush up your arms to your shoulder. In a downward motion, lightly brush the underarm and follow under the breast. Continue to brush your neck in a downward motion, and then change to a circular clockwise stroke on the abdomen.
Gently brush your face in an outward motion to help cleanse pores and reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
Be sure to shower once you are finished with your exfoliation. Showering after using your body brush allows you to wash away any remaining dead skin.
Now that you are all clean, you can apply your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and supple.
